One Man Went To Show Off... Went To Show off in Camden...

Well, I'm finally updating my blog.
Been rather busy recently rehearsing my one man show.(well to be honest, I was still writing it until a few days ago).
Curtain up on Monday 10th, and it's looking good. If anything there's too much material. Mercifully, we cut the bit where I impersonate my old PE teacher and conduct a 5-a-side football match on stage, forcing 5 members of the audience to take their tops off and play in "skins".
That was a car-crash waiting to happen. Maybe I'll do it in my next show.
Was up til 02h00 last night doing all the sound effects. Quite pleased with the trailer for imaginary new sitcom "Hi Honey, I'm Homeless".
Ticket sales are going well - all but sold out for 17th, and looking pretty full for 10th & 24th.
The lovely Malcolm Hay gave me a favourable listing in this week's Time Out "skilfull and entertaining" I think he said, which was very kind (although obviously I was disappointed that my ten page full-colour pull-out feature supplement didn't seem to have been included).
So... watch this space.
Or better still, watch the space at the Etc Theatre Camden.
